Sheriva Booking Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the Sheriva Booking application, an internal booking-assistance tool used to collect reservation details, review availability, prepare reservation documents, and send related notifications.

Authorized use

The application is intended for authorized Sheriva personnel and approved business use. Users must provide accurate information and use the application lawfully.

Reservation review

Information submitted through the application does not by itself guarantee availability or confirm a reservation. Reservation details, pricing, dates, and generated documents should be reviewed by authorized Sheriva personnel before being treated as final.

Google services

The application may use Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail to check dates, store booking information, generate documents, and deliver notifications. Access is limited to the functions authorized by the account owner.

Availability and changes

The application may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. Sheriva does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Sheriva is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information, service interruptions, third-party services, or reliance on an unreviewed automated output.

Privacy

Use of personal and Google account data is governed by the privacy policy linked from the Sheriva Booking application's Google authorization screen.
